Liz heads up the Executive Team with her extensive knowledge of “knit-picking” as she herself admits.
Liz is an alternative practitioner in health and beauty – and is clearly not a very good one. The top photo was taken when Liz was aged 21!
The more recent photo below, shows her without makeup and without the benefit of photo filters.
It took Deacon and Fanthom a mere 8 months to be found out and sacked as trustees for moving money away from the PMA, and away from the control of members.
Then in came Liz. Unfortunately, Liz has the management knowhow of a baked bean and four months into her tenure, she has been quoted in various telegram groups and social media platforms stating that the PMA is on the verge of complete collapse.
Apparently the PMA is operating with only one Trustee (Waine Paul) – both Deacon and Fanthom having been banished – and the monies donated in year one have all disappeared.
We cannot say we are surprised!

The Old Matrix Freedom Team - Back Together at MFS-PMA:
Matthew Peter Fanthom
In many ways – the Iain Stamp’s “business-twin” – the Master Mind behind the scam that is mfs-pma.com, and justsolutionspma.com and prior to that: Matrix Freedom.
It’s a little known fact that Fanthom actually created the infrastructure at Matrix Freedom, and his brother still works for Matrix Freedom.
Matthew Fanthom and his partner Tanya Dady have been caught moving monies away from MFS-PMA.com contrary to their front-page statements that:
“Funds raised through members’ donations play a vital role in the growth and strength of MFS PMA.”
“Members are invited to select community projects to which donations will be allocated.”
All monies donated to MFS-PMA.com since day one have been moved from the MFS-PMA platform to Fanthom’s own company MF SOLUTIONS LTD. Those funds rightfully belong to the MFS membership. Fathom has in turn, loaned the monies (around £100k) to himself.
He admits that he is not from the truth movement.
Katrina Jean Deacon
Meet Trina Deacon (Joey’s sister). Trustee of mfs-pma.com and justsolutionspma.com
Trina is the alleged trust and asset protection expert at mfs-pma.com. Sources confirm she attended a short trust course and that apparently means she is now an expert – drafting her own “private trusts”. The problem is – she lacks the knowledge to draft trusts within this highly specialised field.
In a recent video, shown elsewhere on this site, Spaniard reveals her lack of understanding when it comes to the very foundational relationships upon which a trust is built.

Andrew Donald Jackman
According to Iain Clifford Stamp – Andrew “Donald” Jackman, from Surrey, was the brains behind the Mortgage Elimination, Debt Elimination, and 1099 processes which DIDN’T WORK over at Matrix Freedom.
These VERY SAME processes are now on offer from MFS-PMA.com, and unsurprisingly – THEY DONT WORK.
Disgruntled members are growing in number, and in the EXACT same way the SCAM was exposed over at MATRIX FREEDOM – the truth is beginning to reveal itself with MFS-PMA.Com.
Processes are NOT being worked.
Services are NOT being delivered.
Results are NOT being achieved.
Andrew Jackman, is working in tandem with Stephen Dewen, Iain Stamp’s right hand man.
We have recently been contacted by an elderly couple who claim that Jackman defrauded them out of their home, and more than £600k of equity. Jackman was apparently arrested and interviewed by police but managed to wangle his way out of prosecution by blaming a third party.
Don’t be fooled by his accent and calm demeanour being used to help propagate the SCAM.
Anthony Bruce McKay
Meet Anthony McKay aka Tony McKay and Hils McKay from Dorking – one of Matthew Fanthom’s close friends.
Anthony is the NEW Managing Director of MF Solutions Ltd – the company which actually holds all MFS-PMA member data and collects all member funds, which are supposed to be held in a Bank Account by the PMA itself.
The PMA cannot properly operate as a PMA unless it has its own bank Account – yet Trina Deacon and Matthew Fanthom both claim that in the past year they haven’t had enough time to open a Bank Account. Instead they directed all member “donations” into the MF Solutions Ltd bank Account of which they were Both Shareholders.
With a criminal prosecution looming – Deacon and Fanthom have attempted to distance themselves from MF Solutions Ltd and Fanthom has brought on his friend to be the new front.
Anthony McKay has accounting experience and has been tasked with cooking-the-books to make Member Funds disappear.
Stephen Dewen
Meet Stephen Dewen from Dunstable.
Stephen is a close friend of Andrew Donald Jackman, and is Iain Stamp’s right hand man – often to be found issuing threats to members. Stephen was responsible for issuing threats to ALL Matrix Freedom members who demanded to know what was happening with their claims, and refused to accept a “moving-of-the-goal-posts” when Stamp demanded that those who had paid for service, suddenly be required to undertake 8 hours of study and pass a test BEFORE Matrix Freedom would continue with processes that the customers had purchased!
That little scam was the brain-child of Stephen Dewen. And now Stephen (together with Andrew Jackman) is running the Mortgage Wipe Off Scam at MFS-PMA. Unsurprisingly – there have been no results!
Jackman, Fanthom and Dewen are each paid £5,000.00 per month. They are now promoting their services via JustSolutions.PMA.
Calisse Cleghorn
This is Calisse Cleghorn – the self-appointed mouthpiece of mfs-pma.com.
She calls herself the “Fairy Gob-Mother” (whereas others refer to her as “dumbo”). She frequents multiple Telegram channels enticing victims to worthless (yet pricey) consultations with either herself or Kali Spell. A few years back Calisse was selling home made jewellery, now she’s an alleged expert in law with zero hands on experience.
She and Kali have a nice little side project with their “Coffee Morning” during which they promote and BIG-UP Trina Deacon’s worthless Private Trusts.
Unbeknownst to the queue of would-be victims, both scam-artists earn commissions from Trust sales!!!
Cali-sse and Kali have a lot in common. Aside form their names – they are both disingenuous, have zero experience, zero success in terms of track record, and both have a tendency to copy and repeat the words of other more experienced personalities.
BE WARNED: Cali will get angry very quickly when you challenge her – but as long as you are not in the same room as her – you can just sit back and enjoy the fireworks when you do!
Iain Clifford Stamp
Meet Iain Clifford Stamp see: matrixfreedomreview.com.
Serial scammer. Uses excellent marketing techniques which he outsources. He works with Stephen Dewen (Dunstable) and Terry Franks (Rochester/Kent and Spain). He isn’t afraid to make promises he cannot deliver to entice unwitting consumers into his web. He appears to have no shame and no conscience.
Stamp puts himself out as some kind of white-light spiritual knight – when in fact the truth is – his personality type, greed and complete disregard for his victims places his energy type well within the sphere of dark-light and dark-energy.
Stamp is currently offering his alleged 100% Track Record Mortgage Elimination Service which has no rights of refund when he cannot and does not deliver. He is encouraging people to perform a direct debit indemnity claims to fund his fees. Just like Stephen Knight of Debtbusters. Devious, and most definitely dangerous.
Kali Spell, aka Eve White/Gill Haslam.
She seems to pop up everywhere, especially on telegram where she solicits for private sessions at a price. If you listen carefully to what she says you will notice that she simply copies some of the better known speakers out there. Like Fanthom, she has no actual experience or success with any of the processes she promotes, yet to hear her speak you would think she’s an expert.
Spell works for mfs-pma.com and is regularly rolled-out as some expert on the subject of debt write offs, credit file correction and direct debit reclaims.
Kali is the Hindu goddess of death, time, and doomsday.
Apparently, Spell passed a law degree – but she did NOT complete her practice certificate. Clearly, she memorised a lot of the course work! She has a great memory but zero hands-on experience and when challenged or questioned, she falls apart – which, I can attest, is very entertaining to observe.
Kali is currently promoting a SCAM mortgage write off SCHEME and has already been called out about it. Peter Wilson has teamed up and together they are promoting Paul Gunson, who in turn is offering a Mortgage Securitisation Claim via a company he has NO DEALINGS WITH!
Be warned. You will simply waste your money. Paul Gunson, Kali Spell and Peter Wilson have been reported to the Financial Conduct Authority.
Kali has undergone some cosmetic changes and can now been found sporting a nose ring – tattoos and skin head.
Miriam Sebbagh aka Sandy Bits
Meet Miriam Sebbagh aka “Sandy Bits” aka “Shrivelled Old Prune”.
Sebbagh was outed by the BBC after she was arrested for funding terrorism.
She was promptly dismissed from her employment as a teacher – though quite what she could teach anyone is beyond me.
Via the mfs-pma.com website you can book a consultation with Sebbagh, although according to those who have attended her consultations – these are pointless. One victim said: “complete waste of money” … “her advice was to look on telegram” … “she knows nothing.”
Sebbagh also possesses a temper, and is very easily brought to the boil when challenged about her experience, past successes, or expertise.
If you use Telegram – BEWARE – she frequents many of the groups and invites potential victims to book consultations – for a healthy fee of course!
Waine Paul
This is Waine Paul, distant cousin of RuPaul.
Wayne used to work for empowerthepeople as a member service representative. However, Wayne wanted more than that. When Fanthom was dismissed from empower, Wayne left with him and was awarded the role of “expert” on mfs-pma.com.
At mfs-pma.com, an expert doesn’t actually need to have any expertise. All an expert needs is the ability to “sound-like” he has expertise and Wayne fits the Bill perfectly aside from the fact that most people can see through it!
Go to the “About Us” page and listen to Waine’s feeble attempt to persuade members that a Defaulted Debt is a “Written-Off” debt, when in fact – a Defaulted-Debt means the entire balance is due immediately!
And who is by Waine’s side, trying to add credibility to the bullshit? You guessed it: the Bullshit King Himself: Matthew Fanthom!
Pete Stone
Speaking of Bullshit – meet Pete Stone. In a recent interview, Pete claimed to have woken up in the 80’s and this is when he claims he began interacting with corporations. For someone who has apparently been on this page for almost forty years, Pete seems remarkably young, and has very few alleged success stories.
Anyone who has heard Pete live will most likely agree that he is all front and no trousers, especially when it comes to hands-on experience.
Pete has recently gained notoriety by admitting he sells processes that he himself has not actually tested.

Simon Willans Penton
This is Simon Willans Penton, an “advocate” with mfs-pma.com.
Simon is best known for two things:
- As administrator for the People’s Lawyer Telegram group (where he is known as Simon Willans), and
- As the subject matter of two very amusing and revealing videos made by Simon Spaniard which you can watch here:

Anyone who has communicated with Simon Penton will most likely have experienced his anger, and his tendency to explode in a fit of rage, most likely due to his deep rooted feelings of inadequacy.
Simon Penton claims to have expertise in the area of common law and equity. It is apparent that he simply repeats the words of David Adelman, who in turn copied his content from multiple others including Steve Knight of Debtless (and Steve copied his information from elsewhere). Each of these individuals has a dubious or non-existent track record of success.
Chad Manian.
Chad burst onto the Freedom Scene claiming the very highest of integrity and an amazing record of court wins.
However – these illusions soon came crashing down on Telegram, where Chad revealed his true nature.
Integrity:
He has supported and worked for mfs-pma.com despite being fully aware that content had been stolen from elsewhere.
Court Success
It turns out that Chad’s 60 and 0 Court Success ratio – is not what it seems. That figure includes wins by those who simply asked him for some guidance. Chad did NOT achieve those wins himself, nor did he attend court. The actual work was done by other people! Plus – Chad includes every application which is approved. Apply for a stay/adjournment and Chad will include that as a Court Victory! Perhaps successfully passing the Court’s Door Security is also counted as a victory?
Only slightly misleading then!
Keiran Fanthom
Keiran Fanthom – son of Matthew Fanthom is as some might say a “chip off the old block”.
Being a chip off the old block has clearly gone to Keiran’s head, and by his own admission, he has eaten far too many chips.
Keiran is, I believe, a student (studying sociology and re-sitting his home sciences exams [aka cookery]). He is considered by many to be dead weight, supported by his father and the state via student loans which his dad has thus far been unable to write off – despite his boastful videos.
Keiran’s precise role with mfs-pma.com is unclear. However, I am confident that whatever the service he provides, it will be sub-standard – especially if he’s anything like his dad.
Oliver Charles Perceval
A recent addition to the MFS-PMA platform – having appeared online to deliver his bumbling low quality presentation.
Oliver has a persona of “Tim – nice but Dim” but he’s anything other than nice. He and his partner, Patricia Robertson spend their time causing disruption.
He claims to be an engineering expert, with a specialty in 5G. He sells his below par services as a designer / project manager / surveyor / engineer / architect via: https://www.coherent-architecture.co.uk
This pretentious ex-public school boy couldn’t manager a piss up in a men’s urinal.
Feedback on line suggests he is disorganised and delivers a poor quality all round service, far above his worth.
On the alternate scene he has clearly visited some good websites with well sourced information,yet still manages to deliver it poorly and with apparent confusion.
Sources close to Smudge suggest that he has a reputation for dishonesty. He cannot be trusted and may be a paid shill on account of his public school background and associated friends.
He fits in perfectly with the human half breeds associated with MFS and Matrix Freedom. keep your hands on your wallet when this one is around. Better still – steer well clear if you wish to protect your sanity.
Peter Wilson
Meet Peter Wilson (Smash a Debt and Claim Your Strawman).
Here’s another Charlatan loafer who, from what I can see: steals the work of others and passes it off as his own. Peter lacks the basic foundational knowledge which means he advises people to claim the STRAWMAN when doing so means you become liable for all STRAWMAN DEBTS, and then OWE all LEGAL DUTES, LEGAL RESPONSIBILITIES, and LEGAL OBLIGATIONS.
He recently contradicted himself when he interviewed a man called David to talk about trusts. In this hilarious interview (available on you tube) Wilson can be heard saying you don’t want to use the SURNAME, which he clearly picked up from someone else we know, but contradicts his original stance of claiming the STRAWMAN. He doesn’t know what he’s doing.
Peter is barely able to string a coherent sentence together let alone provide sound advice. He has little to no actual track record himself and relies on the success of others which he simply repeats to make himself look knowledgeable. Peter Wilson has been barred and or kicked off many websites for stealing information.
He becomes very angry and threatening when confronted.
“Smash-a-Debt”? Wilson is more used to smashing people with his fists. He has recently been outed on telegram as having sold a tenant a property trust – unsurprisingly the tenant was evicted when he tried NOT to pay his rent. He has stolen his private trust documents from Craig Gumshoe, and in attempting to alter the documents to make them look like his own creation – he has made them incoherent and invalid.
Aleks Nowicka
Meet Aleks
Aleks studies at the University of Westminster and engages in many student body activities. She is a relatively new player in the truth movement. She was imported from the [in]continent by Matt Fanthom.
She has more influence behind the scenes of MFS-PMA than people give her credit for.
Aleks likes to operate in the shadows and dark crevices like the spider she is, weaving her webs of lies and deception.
BE WARNED ~ this one will embrace you with one hand, whilst holding a blade in the other as she prepares to thrust it deep into your back.
Aleks is trying to branch out and has teamed up with Barry Mitchell and is now running a website called Adot.legal, which is a rip off of a well known catalogue website.
Aleks is known for ripping-off the ideas and work of others.
Torbz Franck
Meet Torbz from Glastonbury, a close friend of Simon Willans Penton.
Torbz has seven kids – all of which are supported by the taxpayer.
Torbz doesn’t believe in taking responsibility for his massive brood of offspring – he’s quite happy for other people to take responsibility for his kids, and for him.
Torbz can be found online promoting MFS-PMA.com on multiple social media platforms. Torbz will tell you he has his “finger on the pulse” – but he has yet to realise the platform has collapsed. There’s only one pulse Torbz has his finger on and that pulse is in his trousers, which might explain a few things.
Our investigations have revealed that Torbz was a financial drain on the PMA while allegedly providing IT support or so he claims when trying to big himself up.
