Inexperienced people, with either little or no proven track record of success – simply copying the work of others and promoting it – with “confidence” – as if it is they themselves who have grafted; conducted extensive research and proven the effectiveness of the processes.
As Simon explains in the video above, Trina’s documents are fundamentally flawed! She clearly lacks understanding when it comes to the appointment of parties, especially the Trust Protector.

April 2026: IMPORTANT UPDATE
Katrina Deacon has now admitted she made grave errors when drafting private trusts for clients.
We have been informed that Katrina Deacon recently posted a series of comments to her Telegram Group in which she admits Drafting Trusts – something she has denied during the past 18 months. The drafting of trusts without proper licence violates the Legal Services Act 2007 and is a criminal offence.
Deacon goes on to Offer Re-Drafts to her Clients – despite lacking proper authority.
Deacon’s website contains contradictory statements about the services she offers consumers.

Direct Private Trusts are advertised by Pete Stone, Richard Vobes and Kali Spell.
Pete Stone openly admits that he does not conduct thorough due diligence, and states that it is your responsibility to decide whether Trina’s Trusts are good for you.
Pete clearly has no shame in promoting Trusts which are invalid, and unfit for purpose.
